These terms govern your use of Flow Wealth during our closed beta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
About Flow Wealth
Flow Wealth Pty Ltd (ABN 62 699 173 085, ACN 699 173 085) operates Flow Wealth, an educational financial tool for Australian households. It helps you organise financial information, view a Financial Health overview, and explore strategy ideas based on what you enter.
Flow Wealth does not provide personal financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for the financial decisions you make. You should consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, speak with a licensed financial adviser, accountant, or other qualified professional before acting on information in the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Outputs and scores depend on the data you provide.
Beta service
Flow Wealth is in closed beta. Features, design, and availability may change without notice. We may add, modify, or remove functionality as we learn from beta users.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Your account
You sign in with your email and password. Keep your credentials secure. You must provide accurate registration information.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use Flow Wealth for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
Flow Wealth, including its design, content, and software, is owned by Flow Wealth Pty Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service during beta.
Disclaimers
Flow Wealth is provided on an "as is" basis during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be error-free, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.
Educational information and scores are illustrative. They are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Flow Wealth Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Flow Wealth, including decisions you make based on information in the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the prior 12 months, or AUD $100 if the service is free.
Termination
You may stop using Flow Wealth at any time. We may suspend or end beta access with reasonable notice where practicable.
To request account removal during beta, contact support@flowwealth.ai.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
